The building to house the sewing machines is almost done and, thanks to Jeff Tuccillo, the sewing machines will be in on time for the beginning of school in February ~ thanks again to Jeff for running the NYC marathon this year!

Jeff Tuccillo Gives over $10K Thru NYC Marathon!
Jeff Tuccillo, a "newbie" to the New York City Marathon, finished 4032 in a field of 46,500 with a time of 3:26:08. That put him in the top 9% of the runners! Jeff was running for Sylvia's Children and generated over $10,000 through his participation in the race.
This was his first time in the ING NYC Marathon and he is to be congratulated for a job "well done"! Jeff is 47 years old, an outstanding and energetic entrepreneur with several enterprises, and father of two.
Several years ago he donated money for a library at the Mbiriizi Advanced Primary and Day Care School in Uganda, Africa, naming it after his wife, Vicky. All of us at Sylvia's Children are bursting with pride at his success. Thanks, Jeff, for having such a kind, wonderful, caring and giving heart!
