New Year's Eve we had word that Umar was in the hospital and not doing well. He was recovering from Typhoid Fever but had to have surgery. We were very worried so asked nurse Brigitte Daley (we call her Saint Brigitte!), who lives right in Masaka, to go to the hospital and tell us exactly how he was doing.

This is just another example of how vital it is for us to have a medical clinic at the school so we can keep the children healthy. Thanks to all who kept him in their prayers.
